Catherine Hart

Catherine Hart is a queer romance writer from Wānaka. She has published work online through publications such as Art Murmurs, The Spinoff and Pantograph Punch and also writes long form fiction. In 2022 she completed her Masters in Creative Writing with AUT. In the last year she has come second in the Chapter Short Story Contest, second-equal in the Folly Short Story Prize, and second in the Peter Wells Short Story Competition. Her work focuses on encouraging everyone to be the truest version of themselves, whatever that means to them.
